Old Const, a hosting provider that bought Bitmain's "HASH supercomputing servers" and agreed to provide hosting services, has filed a lawsuit against Bitmain, a maker of bitcoin mining machines, alleging that Bitmain "fabricated an alleged breach of contract in order to terminate the agreement immediately". In addition, Old Const accused Bitmain of threatening to seek a "retraction order" outside of Texas jurisdiction.
